Pyjama Party
Pyjama Party
Stratford Circus Arts Centre
1 - 8
18 November 2017
Tuesday 31 October 2017

Bedtime is all about routine, right? Not when it’s taking place at Stratford Circus Arts Centre! Bedtime is celebrated in this creative show setting the standard for a new kind of night time routine.

This unusual experience is created by Tea Dance for Little People, a social enterprise with an aim to improve the wellbeing of families by helping them explore with artistic adventures. Their Pyjama Parties take place in oversized bedrooms filled with duvets, pillows and feathers, making a wide-eyed wonderland for pyjama-clad little ones. There’s plenty of fun to be had before lights out, with baths full of sponges to play in or beds to bounce on with acrobatic flair. Once the lights are dimmed, it’s only to make way for enchanting torch play, casting shadows around the room. The cast of 5 artists includes musicians and dancers who use their crafts to set the scene for a super snuggly storytime. The magical tale of The Moth and the Moon will be told by night-light, followed by a ‘midnight’ feast and a cosy film.

As experienced pros in the running creative play experiences, Tea Dance for Little People will be on hand to guide, entertain and make sure the bed bugs don’t bite! This is a creative and interactive experience with a twist; all you’ll need is your pyjamas, teddy and snuggliest slippers.

Pyjama Party is at Stratford Circus Arts Centre on Saturday 18th November 2017. For more information or to book tickets, please visit the website.
